My Story

In 1989, my husband Siddarth and I started our architectural careers with enthusiasm, dedicating ourselves fully to work and family, often neglecting our well-being. Over time, diseases caught up with us, and COVID-19 worsened our health. I developed Rheumatoid Arthritis, and Siddarth was diagnosed with Vasculitis. Our lives depended on steroids and medications, with everyday tasks becoming painful and difficult.
We questioned our future and sought ways to return to a normal, pain-free life. This led us to embrace a healthy lifestyle, focusing on diet, exercise, and sleep. I pursued a Teacher’s Training in Yoga and a Master’s in Ashtanga Yoga, finding evidence-based solutions to our health challenges.
Today, we are active and able to perform challenging asanas, with our medication reduced to just one tapering drug. It's time for us to give back to society!
